Jobs
Local runs: 5 to 60 km
Short deliveries of herbs, spray, vaccines, samples, blood packs, and hazmat supplies.
Regional runs: 60 to 150 km
Herb deliveries and cold chain transport over longer distances.
Long hauls: 150 to 450 km
Extended haul options include:
- Supply Haul: Up to 630 km, requiring a 2.6 Courier Rating.
- Cold Chain Haul: Up to 765 km, requiring a 3.6 Courier Rating.
- Critical Outbreak Haul: Up to 900 km, requiring a 4.6 Courier Rating.
Rush jobs: Tight delivery windows
Rush jobs offer higher pay and require a 2.6 Courier Rating. The Vaccine Rush requires a 3.6 Courier Rating.

Mirror Cards
Decorate your rear-view mirror with Umbrella or Biohazard cards through the vehicle configurator. Both designs come in vertical and horizontal versions, giving you four options.

English, with translations into Spanish, German, Russian, and Brazilian Portuguese.
How to Use
- Enable the mod in the Mod Manager.
- Load your profile and switch to car mode. Available jobs depend on your location. If none appear, drive to another area and check again.
- Not every job type appears with each refresh. To force an economy refresh, open the developer console, enter
g_force_economy_reset 1, and reload your profile.
Availability
This mod will be removed after Halloween.
