Modernizes the ATS HUD GPS with a round minimap, a custom-designed ring, and the entire HUD reorganized into two clean columns.

Features:
– Circular minimap with the time at the top, speed on the left, speed limit on the right, and rest time at the bottom.
– Right column: cargo, money, minimap, and damage widgets, all the same width.
– Left column: radio, atlas, auto parking, and messages.
– Smaller HUD mirrors (F2), positioned close to the corners.

Notes:
– Arrival time is displayed in the cargo widget.
– Toggle each part in the Widgets Panel.
– Units (km/h or mph) follow your game settings.
– Optional for Convoy: other players do not need to have this mod.
