Glass Bounds Corrections & Fixes [1.58-1.62+] Mod
This mod fixes incorrect rain bounds on the windows of all trucks and cars, ensuring raindrops appear across the entire glass surface. It corrects the win_mask_r and win_mask_l textures, adds new windshield mask textures, and fixes missing raindrops on certain trucks.
This mod does not change the rain, raindrop textures, weather system, sounds, or anything else. If you are using Yet Another Rain Mod (YARM), you do not need to use this mod.
Features:
– All 89 win_mask_l.dds and win_mask_r.dds files have been redrawn by hand from scratch using a graphics tablet.
– Entirely new mask textures have been created from scratch for most trucks, including 27 trucks that did not have them originally.
– Every glass configuration (55+) has been edited. All windows on every truck and car are now fully covered with raindrops.
– Various issues affecting certain trucks and cars have been fixed.
Compatibility:
The mod is compatible with all mods. It is part of my other mod, Yet Another Rain Mod (YARM), and was tested alongside it. When used with other rain mods, you may experience minor issues right at the edges of the glass. Otherwise, it should work without issues; I have tested it with most popular rain mods.
