Small mod update to version 4.4.1.

Changes:
– Improved traffic lights flares
– Fixed bug when some vehicles had their low beam texture pattern cut by invisible plane/wall
– Various fixes of SCS AI traffic models

Key features:
– Completely reworked flares
– Realistic headlights patterns with 3 different colors (up to 50 modded trucks supported)
– Modified SCS AI traffic with 9 headlights color variants and 2 red/brake signals in Traffic Addon
– Dimmed street lamps in City Lights Addon

IMPORTANT!
Traffic Addon now require Sound Fixes Pack, otherwise traffic won’t spawn!
