This mod completely redesigns the American Truck Simulator economy to match real commercial trucking conditions in the United States. Every system has been rebuilt from the ground up: job income, operating costs, police fines, vehicle damage, maintenance, and the used truck market.

All values are based on real 2026 U.S. trucking conditions.– The mod accounts for the game engine issue where revenue_per_km_base is ignored and the game always uses the internal constant 15. All income calculations are designed around this limitation.

– Job income is recalculated using multipliers to match American freight rates. Operating costs include fuel, maintenance, wear, insurance deductibles, fines, and accident expenses.
– AI drivers use realistic fuel consumption, maintenance, and efficiency values. Delivery windows follow logistics standards. Component wear is low but measurable.

– Loans follow real U.S. commercial lending. Small loans have higher interest, large loans are longer and cheaper. – Overdraft behavior is realistic. Insurance deductibles and percentages match commercial insurance products.
[POLICE]
Fines follow CDL regulations. Automated systems issue fines instantly. Police units have short reaction delays. Detection probabilities match real-world behavior. Speeding fines use a progressive system based on how much the limit was exceeded.
[DAMAGE]
– Damage values follow real service statistics. Trucks are more sensitive than trailers. Damage is distributed across cabin, chassis, engine, transmission, and wheels. Permanent damage is low but meaningful.
