Realistic state spawn for Jazzycat’s cars v1.61 Mod

Hi! SCS has released update 1.61, so I’m releasing an update for my mod as well.

NEW VEHICLES
Realistic colors and spawning have been added for the new vehicles introduced by SCS Software. These include: 2026 Ford Explorer, 2026 Honda Passport, 2026 Dodge Charger, 2026 Ford F-150 and 2026 Ford F-250. The Volvo XC90, which was removed by SCS, has also been brought back.

NEW LICENSE PLATES
License plate support has been added for Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska which means you can spot older license plates and out-of-state plates in these states now. Some license plates have also been reworked/improved.
